How paying for care works here

Cost shouldn't be the reason you put off feeling better. Most patients use some combination of the options below — call before your first visit and we'll tell you exactly where you'd land.

  • If you have insurance

    We're an out-of-network provider

    That doesn't automatically mean you pay full price. Depending on your plan and what's medically necessary, you may still have out-of-network benefits we can put toward your care, and most conventional testing may be covered. Call before your first visit and we'll check what your plan allows.

  • Car accident or work injury

    We handle those claims for you

    Back pain, headaches, and related symptoms from an auto accident or an on-the-job injury are often paid through the claim rather than billed to you. Bring your claim details and we'll confirm what applies to your case.

  • Paying out of pocket

    Packages and memberships available

    For services your plan doesn't cover, we offer treatment packages and memberships instead of paying visit by visit. Call and we'll go over which ones fit your plan of care.

  • If you'd rather spread it out

    Pay over time with Cherry

    Cherry splits the cost into smaller payments. The application takes about a minute and uses no hard credit check — check your estimated payments in the panel.

Insurance

We are able to utilize benefits from most insurance plans to help reduce the cost of diagnosis and also treatment. Many holistic healthcare providers charge large amounts of money up front for tests and charge large amount of money up front as case fees and do not work with insurance at all. We believe that saving dollars in diagnosis helps save dollars for treatment. We do however accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury cases that have resulted in any injury. We also accept Medicare however, Medicare solely covers chiropractic adjustments and any other therapy or diagnostic test is an out of pocket expense. Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for chiropractic care varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Before you start a chiropractic care plan, our staff would be happy to verify your benefits and explain them to you at no charge.

No Insurance

Our goal at Frontier Spine and Health Care is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care and adjustments. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we can work with you to arrange a flexible payment program that fits your budget.

If you have no insurance or if your insurance does not have any chiropractic benefits, there are still ways for you to receive the pain relief and health/chiropractic care that you need. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits with the chiropractor, especially as they discover that chiropractic care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable. For these patients, chiropractic care is often cheaper and more effective than alternative pain treatments such as pain medications or invasive surgery.

Family Plans

Our focus is to actively help you and your family in taking responsibility for your total health, wellness, and disease management. Our chiropractor will assist and guide you as you take the time to care for some of the most important people in your world: you and your family. In an effort to make living the wellness lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we can create a customized family chiropractic plan that is specific to you and your family.

Concierge Care

Concierge care creates an exclusive environment for a select number of patients that receive priority scheduling as well as discounted services. This care is suggested for patients with limited insurance benefits, needing close contact, and also those with chronic symptoms. This care includes unlimited upper cervical chiropractic adjustments, lifestyle medicine, discounted fee for service procedures in the office, as well as re-examinations and examinations for new injuries or symptoms.

Health on a Budget with Chiropractic Care

We are convinced that chiropractic care will help you stay healthy and pain-free, using only a small amount of your time and money. Our health professionals will help you care for your most important asset–your health. We truly believe the prevention is the best cure, and regular chiropractic care will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover from pain or an injury after it’s happened. Often times we say “we should be the first stop, not the last hope.”
