Dr. Raymond Tolmos, founder of Frontier Spine and Health Care, has embarked on a mission to inspire the community to make positive changes for health through empowering them with knowledge. Dr. Tolmos, or Dr. Ray as many call him, has a passion for public speaking and sharing his experience and studies with those that either want to make a change, or need to make a change. He often donates his time with the Foundation of Wellness Professionals to help deliver relevant topics to the local community.

“Two things often lead to change, inspiration or desperation. Your health is in your hands, don’t let your reason for change be the latter.” – Dr. Raymond Tolmos
